Jeff Baker joined Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC, after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Jeff has an extensive background in the corporate world, leading teams over 24 years for major corporations, including Fortune 500 companies Target and Walmart.

Prior to working with the firm, Jeff clerked for the Honorable Doug Schrantz in the Benton County Circuit Court, 6th Division. He also served as an intern for Legal Aid of Arkansas assisting clients in obtaining orders of protection, and he was a Rule XV certified attorney in the Civil Litigation Legal Clinic at the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Jeff has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas for 15 years. He has served on the Junior Tennis Council of the Arkansas Tennis Association, successfully advocating for improved opportunities for Northwest Arkansas junior tennis players to compete in sanctioned tournaments located in our region of the state. He has also been a strong advocate for the Bentonville Public Schools, working closely with a group of concerned parents to make sure the community is supported with two public high schools.

Jeff’s practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Debt Collection, Wills, Trusts, Probate and Elder Law.
