Renée Schuldt joined Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC, after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law, cum laude. Renée holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Mississippi.
During law school, Renée clerked for Hon. Judge Mark Lindsay, the U.S. Department of Labor, in a private estate planning law firm, and in the Legal Operations department at Walmart, Inc. While studying in the Civil Litigation and Advocacy Clinic, Renée represented a low-income client in an unpaid wage claim. There, she sought damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA – 29 U.S.C. § 201 – 219) and Arkansas Minimum Wage Act (A.C.A. §11-4-20). After a strong performance in the School of Law’s trial advocacy competition, Renée earned a spot on the traveling Student Trial Advocacy Competition team. At graduation, Renée was honored with the M.J. Starling Memorial Award for Labor and Employment Law.
Renée’s practice focuses on Business Litigation, Employment Law, and Civil Litigation.
