Macy Nuckles joined Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC, after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Macy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith, where she graduated with honors.

Prior to working at the firm, Macy helped coordinate the Patent Bootcamp for Women and Minorities in STEM at the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Macy started working at the firm as a clerk during law school. While working for the firm, Macy was a Rule XV certified attorney where she successfully represented a client in a divorce case and a client in a guardianship hearing. During that time Macy also clerked for the Honorable Doug Schrantz in the Benton County Circuit Court, 6th Division. There she was able to observe many domestic relations and civil cases, while also writing an Opinion Letter for the Court.

Macy is a certified Arkansas as Attorney Ad Litem attorney, and her practice focuses on Domestic Relations, including Divorce and Guardianship.
