
Courtney H. Singleton is an Associate Attorney originally from Paragould, Arkansas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arkansas State University, graduating magna cum laude. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law and became licensed to practice law in Arkansas.
While in law school, Courtney gained valuable experience in legal practice as a judicial clerk to Washington County Circuit Judge Cristi Beaumont and as a law clerk here at Mostyn Prettyman. She also participated in the Law School’s Civil Litigation and Advocacy Clinic, where she assisted pro bono clientele with a range of legal matters under the supervision of licensed attorneys.
Courtney was actively involved in the law school community, including membership in the Women in Law School Association and the Business Law Society. She also helped establish the Law School’s Intellectual Property Law Student Association as a founding member.
Her practice focuses on Business Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, and Estate Planning. Courtney is a member of both the Arkansas Bar Association and the Benton County Bar Association.
