Ben Crabtree joined Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC, after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville and holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Arkansas.

Prior to graduating, Ben participated in the Law School’s Juvenile Defense Clinic as a Rule XV certified attorney where he engaged in criminal trial cases against minors, from arraignment through disposition.  Ben assisted counsel for multiple Capital Murder clients potentially affected by the United States Supreme Court’s decision in Jackson v. Hobbs.  He also externed at the Benton County Public Defender’s Office where he represented clients as a Rule XV certified attorney.

Ben worked as a law clerk through school, where he assisted in criminal law, family law, foreclosure and general litigation cases.  He was also the University of Arkansas Student Bar Association’s representative to the Arkansas Bar. Through this position, he served on the Young Lawyers’ Section executive council to the Arkansas Bar Association.

Ben’s practice focuses on Family LawCriminal Defense, and Ad Litem Representation.
